Mirko Tobias Schäfer 🇪🇺Years ago, a student insisted to work for us at Utrecht Data School as an intern. She said, "I'll work for you even if you have no budget". We let her persuade us, but that was the only instance we had an unpaid intern. It felt so bad that we sat up a real internship programme. Each year, btw. February and June, students whose programmes require internships can work with us. They are always paid!
