Earlier today Elon Musk said that my ban was temporary, 45 min later he denied my appeal to reinstate my account and confirmed that I am *permanently* banned. The email I just received says the decision cannot be reversed.
I have never once violated Twitters rules or terms of service. Iโ€™ve never had a single tweet flagged, my account was permanently banned with no warning and with no reason, after I reached out to Musk for comment.

#THREAD : Not only journalists, but other content creators have grown to rely on #TheBirdSite for gig notifications, networking, industry information/news, & more.

"Just leave...Now" is far easier said than done for many folks.

We need to stop bashing the folks who keep the other acct open, and start building a place here that CAN replace the other site. To do that, we need journalists, politicians, corporations/businesses, & a lot more.

It's not easy to give up on something you put time and effort in, but sometimes you need to look ahead and move forward by letting go of the past.
