Holy f*ck. I can't believe that Elon Musk made this poll!

If Elon Musk steps down as head of Twitter, I already know who his replacement will be:

Jack Shit

Because that's exactly what it will mean for someone else to "replace" Elon Musk.

@atomicpoet Jack Shit, sworn enemy of John Mastodon!
@atomicpoet He's 100% gonna nuke Twitter. His ego won't allow any other option

I was thinking that Orange thing - needs a new gig

@atomicpoet reminds me of an old movie:

@atomicpoet Will he abide by it though...

@atomicpoet he'll claim it wasn't valid because of bots.

Elon Musk's Twitter Polls Are Bot-Driven B.S., Ex-Employees Say

“Polls are more prone to manipulation than almost anything else [on Twitter]. It’s interesting, given his [Musk’s] use of polls,” Yoel Roth, the company’s former Head of Trust and Safety says…

@atomicpoet Hopefully he won’t step down, and Twitter dies off.
@atomicpoet If he loses, he’ll blame the bots!
@atomicpoet I can. Next up? His reply saying, “Too many options. Will repost.”
@atomicpoet I’m waiting for him to put up a “too many options, reposting” response for the lulz tbh.
@atomicpoet Hahaha....he play around as troll as he is....
@atomicpoet Really? He's creating plausible deniability. It's what people like him do, every time
@atomicpoet I just went to twitter to vote yes. I don't tweet anymore so I'm curious if everyone who votes yet gets banned or something. 😂
@atomicpoet My guess is he knew the likely outcome (or even is engineering it) to give him an out, perhaps because he has been told by his major investors, the Saudis, that he has to step down and get adult supervision.
@atomicpoet I would imagine that he's going to be compelled to stand down at some point soon, a bit like what happened to him at Tesla. Not sure who has the power to make that happen though, maybe a US regulator?
@atomicpoet I think he honestly thought his sycophant legions would save him. He's created a bubble where he kind of actually thinks he's doing something noble; he doesn't know he needs mental help.
@atomicpoet I think he uses polls as cover for prior decisions. He is hating his life right now. So, as always, I wonder if there are bots at play. This is certainly not the behavior of a CEO, delegating the leadership decisions! Interesting speculation about this re: likely conversations and ultimatums in Qatar. World Cup wasn’t a vacation, it was a business trip.

@atomicpoet I can. He never really wanted Twitter, and he's probably looking for an exit

In the end, I don't think it matters. As the owner, he has influence, whether he's CEO or not. If Twitter survives, Musk wins.

It's time for Twitter to just die, and be replaced with newer, better systems

@atomicpoet The decision has already been made.

His investors and petro-dollar backers asked him to leave the company as CEO as a precondition for more investment from them.

This is just him saving face.

@atomicpoet and I’ve used twitter to vote on it, for the first time since when I zeroed my account.
