It seems #mstdnsocial, my server, has again suffered significant performance problems and even been completely offline for awhile today. I assume @stux, our admin, already knows this and is working on it.
But with timeline updates and notifications being delayed 20 minutes or more, #Mastodon is essentially unusable for me right now. Which means my firehose of boosts may not even be a trickle until this is resolved. Sorry about that.
It's possible I may need to transfer to a different server.
It turns out that @stux, our admin here at #mstdnsocial, was not only hard at work on the performance problems today, he absolutely blasted them into oblivion with major upgrades all around. As he wrote earlier:

And that's only 1 server lol!
