@Jake_Vig indeed, those with the most money get the most speech and often get to say what free speech is, and then enforce it with the courts, police, and politicians.

What free speech should be is the ability to speak your mind without being threatened with violence or assaulted, so long as you're not threatening violence. That's also the only free will we can reasonably expect from life, namely the ability to exercise our will and choices peacefully and without violent interference from others.

That said, there is nothing authoritarian or anti-free speech for a group or community to have moderation rules. Anarchism means "without rulers," not "without rules."
