I have too much #mint and need some suggestions for what to do with it. Ideally the result would be shelf stable, or at least last longer than the fresh mint I have. #Cooking #NoWaste
@rhornbek When I have extra herbs I like to infuse them in homemade simple syrup. Or if I also have a compatible piece of fruit that's showing its age, I make a sweet vinegar shrub. Neither is shelf-stable, but they do keep refrigerated longer than fresh mint does.
