But you post like one thing per day, so no risk of that.
In other words: no, you’re not posting too much art, but yes, it’s possible to post too much. :)
@orsvarn Ah yeah, i get that. I try to limit my boosts to stuff i really like, so that it's more meaningful.

But that, it seems to me, is a difficult line to cross when you're an artist who puts time and effort into your work. Like, there's only so much art you can make in a day.
I suppose it'd be nice if Mastodon had a feature to collapse more than [x] consecutive posts by the same user in [y] time frame, but personally I've yet to need it.
Kai@nauris it's great stuff. The only drawback is that it can make the pixelart hashtag a tiny bit intimidating 😅

Herstory@nauris I don’t think it’s possible to post too much art, people can choose who to follow and what they want to see.
@nauris the only thing I think with the timeline is that they ask people not to post too many images all at once, say something like 10 or 15 or 50 posts in less than one minute because that could flood put pressure on the server I think, but art spaced out at normal intervals is fine.
@Herstory Oh yeah, i wouldnt do that. Just a post a day or every few days. Atleast until i run out of art backlog haha

Jerp@nauris I think probably just make sure you include tags so people can find your stuff - it's my understanding that Mastodon needs more people posting interesting stuff to help attract more users.
