@andyerikson hello 🙌 I love everything about your post (well I've never been to Minnesota so I don't know if I have love feelings for it but I'm not not in love with it!)
I #amwriting dysfunctional characters too. I don't intend to always write comedy but I seem to naturally fall into writing those stories.
@kevryanperson that’s so great! It’s so nice to meet you! Looking forward to hearing more about your writing :)
I’m exploring some darker stories this go around! But comedy is my wheel house.
@andyerikson me too, I would love to hear more!
I'm jumping between a Malcolm In The Middle / assassin's sitcom and a Jurassic Park meets the Grey but with mythological creatures at the moment
@kevryanperson those sound AMAZING. Such fun worlds to explore! Are they both for TV?
I just finished up my last big feature which is a Bob Ross art heist movie.
Now I’m writing a feature about a girl who enlists the services of a futuristic tech company to bring her dad back to life… so that she can kill him.
Very big tone shit! But I suppose both have action and comedy :)
@andyerikson I cannot favourite these ideas enough these sound really fun!! I would definitely be watching/reading these!!
First one is TV and 2nd one is feature. I finished a feature comedy about Draculas Brides who meet Dracula, get put under his spell and marry him and then leave him once they realize he's a manipulative moron and then trying to escape his orbit over 200 years and I'm quite excited by it.
@andyerikson It was only midway through writing it that I really figured out the root of the problem that they had to overcome
Plus I made a vampires familiar the vampires way of keeping up with current trends and that made every familiar throughout history a really fun character
Please keep me updated on your writings, as much as you can/willing to share 🤠
