Elon #Musk blocked on twitter also links to #Mastodon platforms sent via DM.

Nevertheless, Article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) prohibits abusive conduct by companies that have a dominant position on a particular market.

As an admin of a mastodon instance run by a not-for-profit cultural association, I would like to ask @EC_Commissioner_Vestager if the behavior of mr #Musk on Twitter could justify a complaint under article 102.

Here is a template we will consider to use for an action against Musk and Twitter abuse of dominant position, under the #Article102 of the European Union Treaty:

@[email protected] if EU residents want a template, here is my email. Please provide your own files (screenshots, printouts, etc). I am XXXXXX residing in XXXXXX. I would like to submit a formal complaint against Twitter by censoring Mastodon social Ids, which could be a major violation of EU competition law (abuse of dominant position, art 102). • 1.png shows Twitter censors posting my own Mastodon account, and tags the link as “Potentially Harmful”. • 2.png shows a link to another Mastodon account, posted on 16 Dec 03:44 AM CET – an hour or less before Twitter disallows posting links to Mastodon accounts. 3.png shows Twitter tags the link with “Warning: this link may be unsafe” • twitter_rules_asof20221216_1653.pdf is a digital printout of “The Twitter Rules” (https://help.twitter.com/en/rules-and-policies/twitter-rules) accessed on 16 Dec 16:53 CET. There is no explanation that applies to posting Mastodon accounts in Twitter.
