@dangillmor There's also an export function in your settings. Takes a while to build the blob though.

Hey I have a question..
Last year, my unvaccinated sister died of covid and I posted a rant about disinformation that went viral. I received an unbelievable amount of support and well wishes that I wanted to eventually share with her children. I want to make sure I can save those messages and all of my pictures. Where do I turn to find help or information on saving all those messages and pictures?

This export process will only get your tweets and images. I don't know the best way to grab other people's tweets unfortunately.

A quick and dirty mechanism could be to screen record yourself scrolling through it with OBS, and preserving the video, if that can be done in a reasonable time.

An easy way to do something like this would be to use Google Meet or Zoom with you presenting the screen and recording the meet.
@TyJoseph @scottmichaud @dangillmor there is a Google script floating around (I used it in 2012) to keep a similar record. I'll try to find it... https://hawksey.info/blog/2012/01/twitter-archive-tagsv3/ he has an updated one. You can follow the link on this page. @mhawksey

Just in case #google didn't already scrape a complete copy of your twitter history, this seems like a good way to hand it to them on a plate.
