@hutchinsonmini The backlog is to delineate strategic, exploratory design from delivery design. If a problem is in the product delivery space you use different techniques than if it's in the strategic service design techniques.
The product design/service design axis is mostly to allow differentiation between the delivery methods. E.g. Setting up a team of SOP to service a feature is very different than designing the interface for that feature
Does that makes any more sense?
@PavelASamsonov Yeah, I guess there's heavy vertical error bars and fuzzy edges on all of this.
The way I think about it is that a service blueprint is usefully different than a user journey map in the way it talks about the 'below the line' service delivery. I doubt there's a right answer though
