A lot of the recent work has been about removing the annoying little friction points that are not catastrophic bugs, but still make software feel rough. Flickering text, overly aggressive repetition highlights, drifting markers, that kind of thing.

A client asked us to 'make the logo bigger' yesterday.
Instead, we made the whitespace around it bigger.
Result: logo felt more prominent AND the page breathed better.
Lesson: what people ask for isn't always what they need. Understanding the intent behind the request is where good dev work becomes great.
