Can someone please explain why everyone I know infected with #COVID has been seriously ill, sometimes to the point of considering calling 911. But every single elected official reports having only mild/minimal symptoms. And they are always sooo grateful for vaccines. #covid

@travellovewine Glad your symptoms were mild. You realize, of course, that many people become seriously ill when they get COVID, right? At least 3 people in my neighborhood with COVID either when to the emergency department or contemplated going.
I am suspicious that elected officials follow a script because I’ve kept track and their words have an uncanny resemblance. That’s all I’m saying. It’s been the observation of many for quite awhile now.

Politician Covid is mild—because that’s what the narrative requires. Symptoms include an irrational urge to express gratitude for a vaccine that didn’t stop them from getting infected and leaves them with at least half as much risk as an unvaccinated person for #LongCovid.
(In case anyone construes this as an anti-vaxxer rant, I’ve had four #Moderna shots. But the vaccines aren’t nearly enough.)
