It essentially was in Michigan. State AG lets the DoJ conduct their investigation and being a year later in the dark, its time to move at the state level as clearly charges apply there.

In hindsight, the investigatory efforts by the state should never had been halted.

It's about time the Murdoch Media Assets were deprived of any right to use the word "news" in their brand names.
It is comprehensively deceptive for them to describe the propaganda they publish as "news".
So "Newscorp", "Fox News", "Sky News" really should be required to drop "News" from their names because of the implicit assumption these names contain.
Further, they definitely should not be allowed to refer to their print publications as "newspapers".
They stopped sound journalistic practices and publishing actual news decades ago.
