In #Asturias the cider (#sidra) is famous. The cider is poured traditionally to add effervescence to the liquid just before drinking. You don't sip on this bad boy, you drink what's poured, and the rest is tossed out before the next pour. What does it taste like? Dry, and like a sour ale. If poured correctly it takes on more complexity and I think the apple flavors come through a lot better.
