@heidilifeldman @democracydocket Frivolous lawsuits absolutely begging for Rule 11 sanctions against both the strip mall lawyers who filed them and the parties who directed them. Unless judges start actually enforcing Rule 11 sanctions (and state law analogs), sub-literate candidates who can’t win at the polls will continue to weaponize junk lawsuits.
