want to share a bit of the process for this image as well. i had a very rough sketch in mind for the composition of the scene but it was full of perspective mistakes so i went in with a perspective guide in procreate to do another rough sketch on top, trying to stay faithful to the initial idea.

after that i went in with a rough inking brush and did the final line art and before going into color i did a very basic lighting sketch. then i added the flat colors and started layering lights and shadows and some minor effects in Photoshop. for complex scenes i usually move to PS if i can because i feel it’s often faster for me.
