Lunchtime workout

Sleep stress was much better without alcohol and my body battery improved.

I did some warmup #mobility and #stretching followed by #weightlifting.

I'm not sure what program to follow so I'm defaulting to Madcow 5x5 which is what I used to do but stopped in July due to back and neck issues. I've lost 25lbs since and worked on hip, quad, and hamstring mobility.

My left hand still hurts, especially during bench press, but its physical therapy at this point.

@tom I loved Madcow. Are you actually progressing while on a cut?
@scorpionking I stopped #lifting completely last July because of lower back pain, and just restarting now, from scratch basically, with low weights. Initially I will likely be able to increase weights despite cutting, but I'm close to my target fat % and should be able to eat more soon. I don't care so much how strong/heavy I lift as long as I stay lean and flexible for #jiujitsu, so it'll be a balancing act to keep fat% low but grow #strength and muscle.
