Even some of my old work friends have started to ease away from restrictions and ignore this crisis. This is a gut punch I was not ready for.

@MichelleRNCHPN @GottaLaff Yeah for the first time really since the pandemic, my partner and I are feeling totally isolated by continuing to pay attention; most of our friends that were paying attention of basically stopped. Making it much harder for us to trust them for what socialization we were able to have.

I've been very isolated since I retired and it is getting worse. I can't, in good consciousness, decrease COVID mitigation. It's not just protecting myself, it's to stop spreading this damned virus.
