Some photos come easy , some not so much.. Nugget point is a spectacular area with a great lighthouse but its quite out of the way

I spent a long weekend camping close by and visiting every morning and evening sat on a cliff edge waiting for good light, wind, rain, 200m drop just to my right

Glad to say this time it paid off!

@amay206 @damiansixx_ yeah often you get just the one session/shot at a location before you have to move on, some places I am lucky to get to shoot regularly which is awesome, some places like this your best planning extra time

@Rjdlandscapes @damiansixx_ it’s a gamble, in my head I’m always thinking of what I could be missing out on by not moving on and how the current location might not pan out. It’s a struggle to say the least.

@amay206 @damiansixx_ Yep always a question, helps if you can judge conditions right, and if you have a few locations in the same area you can get too, the quality of light changes a lot through golden hour so your best having a few compositions lined up and shifting

For this spot I really wanted this kind of shot so I camped it hard
