Making banana bread for the first time in months and for the first time in this apartment (we moved in Aug). My recipe is solid but this stove is *much* less reliable than my last one so we’ll see how it goes. It’s not even reliably unreliable! I’ve done the same exact food, same exact preheat, same exact time, but have gotten very different results. So here’s hoping. #GFBaking #Bakestodon
