Making banana bread for the first time in months and for the first time in this apartment (we moved in Aug). My recipe is solid but this stove is *much* less reliable than my last one so we’ll see how it goes. It’s not even reliably unreliable! I’ve done the same exact food, same exact preheat, same exact time, but have gotten very different results. So here’s hoping. #GFBaking #Bakestodon

@lovelybookshelf — you can also peel them and throw them in a plastic bag in the freezer. I try to use them within a month or so, but it makes it a little more flexible. This last batch was a comedy of errors in actually getting to baking. First I was out of brown rice flour for my mix. Then I was out of xanthan. Then the eggs had gone bad. 🤦🏻 But they’re done! I’ll find out if they’re good after dinner.
