@SirMichael This is like every %$#@! online recipe, except in thread format. 5000 word essay reminiscing about the pork chops they had the last time they were in Portland playing at the Long Goodbye, and you have to fight past 5 videos, 10 slow-loading photos of ingredients, and "solve these riddles three" before they let you see the recipe.

@SirMichael Thank you for sharing the story of your uncle. It sounds like he found a very good recipe for pork chops and I have made it my goal to find it by following his footsteps.

@SirMichael I must agree that Uncle Geoffrey’s ( the other Uncle Geoffrey ) pork chops are wonderful . I have the recipe but promised never to disclose it .
