alliematt@USRVRover @Vanderpool Understand. We’ve had two officer-related shootings in my neighborhood inside of a month. In both cases, it was a suspect armed with a knife that wouldn’t put it down on command and/or lunged at the officers, who fired in self-defense. My son works in the area and I worry about him at times.
@Vanderpool Shootings suck. I live in the Atlanta area and we have had our share. In my neighborhood, we’ve had two officer-related shootings inside of a month, and one was in the parking lot of the place where my son works (he was not there when it happened). In both cases, the suspect had a knife, lunged at officers, and they shot in self-defense. It’s so hard to feel safe anywhere these days.
