Which...would actually make some sense. AIUI, THC is a fat-soluble molecule? & lactation concentrates & transports such substances out of the body.

Fun tangential factoid: if you're doing fat reduction, one reason it's so incredibly hard to lose that last five pounds is that the body sequesters fat soluble toxins in adipose tissue (having no way other than lactation to remove them). The body just REALLY doesn't want to turn that stuff loose into the body.

(This is also why marine apex predators tend to have high mercury levels.)
