I make food in big batches so I only have to cook once a week. I've already spent 2.5 hours in the kitchen today.
Done:
- More Gravy (for remaining mashed potatoes & stuffing)
- Rice
- Salmon, 2 ways (Alice Springs & Red Goddess)
- Sautéed mushrooms (for Alice Springs Salmon)
Is that all? I'm so slow, I could never be a pro-chef.
Still to do:
- Parsley Potatoes
- Crunchy Salad
I'm already sore & very much looking forward to relaxing later! :D
