#wine people: we’ve talked natural wine and sulfites ad nauseum. What do you think the next buzzword is going to be?
@wineisconfusing If ingredient lists become a thing, I think talking about additives that will end up on that list probably under names like ‘natural color’ or ‘grape concentrate’
@thad_ccws
I agree and it’s something I’d like to get ahead of.
@wineisconfusing I don’t know about buzzwords but I think the next thing we all need to talk about is sustainable packaging in wine.
@davidround
I need to learn more about this but I couldn’t agree more. Unfortunately I think tradition will be at odds with this kind of shift, but I do love that I can get Carussin Completo in a box.

@MarkusWine
If I felt that I had any control over that, I would agree to that mission.

@pleasethepalate
That was a doozy…
@wineisconfusing I hated that word when Cameron Diaz came out with her BS wine. it resulting in my writing this story.

Please The Palate
@wineisconfusing Ingredient labeling and health warnings. The latter is coming in Europe. The former comes around again and again and again but is ascendant once more.
@megmaker
I agree, it's going to be what's on those labels...
