Okay, #knitting people. I have a lovely, buttery soft baby alpaca yarn that doesn't work for the pattern I intended. Send me shawl ideas! 1020 yards, worsted weight, charcoal gray, little stitch definition. I'd like to use most of it. Yes, I have looked for ideas on Rav.

@nothe mmmmaaaybe. I wanted to make something for me (my first selfish knit!) and I don't wear hats (too much hair) but I could always change my plan.

@nothe I don't know how long haired people wear them. I think they're so uncomfortable, and because my hair is thick and slippery they just kind of pop off.

@aleen really loose brims, or shoving all your hair inside, is about what i figure that said, baseball caps are amazing for keeping your glasses dry!
