@Sysengineer I just paid $10.19 for 18 here in So Cal.
@Sysengineer All I can see is the styrofoam. But anyway, #chickens are fun to keep, and then you get the eggs for free, or at least gratis with a time investment. They make great pets.

@Sysengineer I highly recommend switching to medium sized eggs. While prices vary by region, medium can cost up to 50% less. The size difference only matters for recipes that require 4+ or are extra finicky.

In caloric terms, the average large egg is 70-75 vs a medium at 60-65*.
