The creator of my new favorite #linux file manager, #CliFm has completed the implementation of a new capability that I had suggested: virtualizing special collections such as clifm bookmarks, tags, and selected items so that the virtualized list can be manipulated by the default clifm tools.

The full implementation will show up in the next release, but it's not difficult to pull and build from github. Note that clifm runs on linux, #MacOS, and #android (under #termux).

@knodalyte first time seeing this one. Better than ranger?

@joshmc
Better? definitely different. I still use both Ranger and clifm, but I think as I get the clifm commands/shortcuts into muscle memory, I will end up there more often than in Ranger.

#CliFm has not received the acclaim that I feel it deserves.

@knodalyte alright, I'm in! 😃
