rood@Digital_Wombat I don't, but maybe point out that it's much easier to persuade people, than to cheat them out of something. And Andrew Bolt feels like he's cheating the system by talking populist RW trash. Basically, the guy is Dan's best possible PR man.

In my opinion the 'correct' but also the most emotionally draining way is to continue to treat them like you would your fellow human beings, but assert your boundaries if they start forcing political talk on you.
Right now I'd probably wait a week or so for them to diffuse their anger and frustration before engaging with them on more normal and non-political terms.

@rod sadly they fell down the anti vax wormhole and they really haven't been able to get past the false information in that universe
