#Mastodon has ruined #Twitter for me. I used to go on the bird site multiple times every day, constantly refreshing, always searching for new tweets. I never liked Twitter, but I felt a rush every time I opened it.

Now? Now, I go there maybe once every few days and always end up disappointed. My eyes have been opened to genuine interactions and connections and Twitter just doesn’t feel the same.

TLDR: You can never go back home again.

@libsoc I feel the same way, I nip in occasionally to catch up with certain people I haven’t managed to lure over here yet, but in reading other peoples comments it feels like eating plain boiled potatoes when there dauphinoise over here.
