Wanna change a system? Change goals/purpose or relationships/interconnections. Changing elements or attempting to change behavior rarely makes a difference. #DonellaMeadows

These #SystemsThinking ideas are at least 50 years old and still today we often focus on changing elements and behavior when wanting to change a system. More policy, stricter procedures, training or re-training is probably not going to do much. Still we try.
