iris ✿ sandwalkergot hit in the head (and stomach) by a really mean #migraine today, rather sudden and out of the blue, had to stop several times on the way and luckily always have meds on me, but oh buoy do they suck 😬😒 #migraines

@melanpops oh thank you <3 I'm ok now but most of yesterday is now lost to me and in a non-memorable blurry haze ... and as you fellow #migraineur know, I am unaware what triggered this one, which is almost worse >.<
