Richard Signorelli ✅️We stay and fight on Twitter. We will outlast the narcissists/crazies. However, also good to have alternatives. So far I have been using Mastodon and http://post.news which is in beta testing & has a waitlist that goes quickly.
There is a waitlist for http://post.news bc it is still a new app in testing (though it looks very good to me right now). That being said I do not expect the wait to be long at all. Thousands have already been invited on, more everyday.

Rose@richsignorelli I was 31k+ in the waiting list line on Sunday and got invited on yesterday. So now I’m in! I’m no tech wiz, but so far, I’m preferring Mastadon to Post. Especially by accessing it via the Metatext app. If only we [I, at least] could grasp or maybe Mastadon nix the bazillion separate servers … 😵💫

I'm on post as well. So far, not a fan... But it's till in beta. What I don't like is the "$tip" thing. I hate that it's staring me in the face. I appreciate content but come on... Just not for me.

@RossoVino @richsignorelli I believe so. I'm not paying for someone opinion or popularity. I guess if that's all they do and provide valuable content it's fine, but it's staring you in the face all the time. And how does it work? Get a 1099? Lol...

Not interested in another social media site that is monetized & run by one person. Been there, done that. As for twitter, it is a business run by a nazi, & he owns it, so it's his to do what he wants, just like any other business. By you & others staying, you are supporting a nazi & fascism. There is no fighting it while you are there, as it's private. When you leave, that is one less person to see their ads, etc, thereby starving the beast. #saynotofascism
