- they didn't blow it away from the bench. They took 2 weeks! Still fast, no harm done, but so much more quality control possible!
- they block quoted the reasons below that they agreed with, they didn't just say "substantially for the reasons of"!! This is great, makes their holdings much easier to find on #CanLII
Also it was unanimous (Côté J wasn't on the panel) and the taxman won! What's not to love?
