@hacks4pancakes it's sad how lost this has become. Back in the post-WWII era this was how things were. Sadly when Reagan came along with his "greed is good" mantra, this all started changing and going the opposite way. Unfortunately, for us, we're on the peak end of the far swing of the pendulum for our careers. On the bright side, it also means that as we move into leadership roles, we can start to push things back to how they should be, not how they are now.
