#NEISvoid - I'm looking for any hope that small fiber neuropathy can be helped/improved? Right now my docs are just recommending to up my gabapentin dosage. I use lidocaine gel pretty liberally.

Any stories or suggestions? My diagnoses are in my bio.

@studyinmovement I have a pretty tight pattern of immune trigger => inflammation => neuro symptoms (including neuropathy).

Maybe instead of chasinging the pain, look further up the pipe at your #mcas levers?

@vlrny I feel like my mast cell stuff is pretty well under control! Allegra, xyzal, singular, nasalcrom, gastrocrom. 😵‍💫 and my neuropathy has been consistent and getting worse consistently since March (no obvious triggers/flares).
