The best part is that I'm labeling a beta tape to provide a supporting image for a mini-fic I wrote, which is about VHS tapes.

Look, if you're dealing with VHS tapes that can alter the flow of history just by being watched, the LEAST weird thing you should expect is that sometimes they're beta tapes.

okay I think the printer is literally broken.
like, I've powercycled it a bunch, but it turns out it's not talking to the network, and it also won't let me run calibration or print a test page. it's like I'm locking up the firmware

@Foone take the printer mainboard out, and bake it in the oven. Probably needs a solder reflow.
