Hmm. Tried to reboot, and it hung again while booting windows.
I went into the BIOS to check the temps, and they were fine.
Then the bios crashed.

I was making good progress hacking this printer until my entire system froze, completely. Like, the keyboard lights wouldn't respond. That's some low level shit!
The remaining connectors go into the top half, which I don't want to take apart right now.
But I can make some guesses:
THP (white 2x9 pin) is the thermal print head
J118 (red 2 pin) is the button
J114 (white 5-pin) is the status LED
So, connectors.
JP115 (the blue-two-pin JST connector) is the lid-closed sensor.
JP54 (white 4-pin) is the stepper motor.
JP117 (black 5-pin) is the calibration sensor
those are all the major chips. There's nothing on the back.
U? is a BD68610EFV 36v stepper motor driver.
U66 is an LM1117 low-drop-out voltage regulator
U67 is a TI TPS54231 2-A, 28-V Input, Step-Down DC-DC Converter
