Sunday thought: Every time we see a sliver of light, the malignant ones find a way to wrest back the darkness.
@StevenBeschloss I’m all for a mass micro dosing of psychedelics to cut the inflammation of our combined hippocampus’s.
@StevenBeschloss and yet, the light always finds a way to shine back thru...
@StevenBeschloss If everything looks black and there’s only a sliver of light, remind yourself that your perspective is infinitely limited and your consciousness has evolved to focus more on threats than joys. Or: “That’s just like your opinion, man”
@StevenBeschloss It has really affected my psyche. I don't mean to be a negative person but I can't help but expect the awful these days.
@StevenBeschloss sort of like an episode of He-Man. “You may have won today He-Man but I’ll be back tomorrow” cackles Skeletor.
@StevenBeschloss its true. Our family went to family counseling once and the counselor said, a family can’t survive when there are only bad times and no good times. There has to be more good times than bad times or it all falls apart. I feel like that is where america is today. The American poor and barely middle class have had 4 decades of only bad times, now they are at their breaking point. Some want to dismantle the govt and some are screaming for the govt to do better. No one is listening to any of them. What comes next will be truly awful. Stay safe everyone. It will get worse before it gets better. Sadly.
@StevenBeschloss
"How do you do it?" said night.
"How do you wake and shine?"
"I keep it simple," said light.
"One day at a time."

Do you think that will happen here?
@StevenBeschloss Good to see you, here, sir!
@StevenBeschloss Monday thought: we keep finding new slivers
@StevenBeschloss
Malignancy will always have the initial advantage but the long disadvantage, because hate is thoughtless and fast but understanding takes long and is enduring.
