@juddlegum Twitter is a product delivery system that takes users and sells them to advertisers. He gave up on his actual customers to try and turn his users into customers. He is basically trying to go from network tv to Netflix, but doing almost nothing to make twitter worth it.

1. Gain instant direct access to millions of people & organisations
2. Access their data for analysis and work out how best to use it

Question is what his motives are, and who the benefactors are? What's the end game?
