@zhivi I grew up near Oshweken - it is about 5% of the land left after a broken promise

here in BC virtually all of the land is unceded

@zhivi @leslore in Canada, Indigenous Peoples have 0.2% of the land and it means that they cannot sustain themselves or have sovereignty so #LandBack is about restoring their land base to them. Recommended reading: “Unsettling Canada” and “The Reconciliation Manifesto” by Art Manuel; “Indigenous Writes” by Chelsea Vowel.
