Ahli Anggur#Mousiness manifests for me as an unexpected umami flavor on the finish, sauerkraut/soy, usually jarring. Came across it just now in a bottle of Fleurie that was lovely when I opened it yesterday. #wine #winefaults #winemaking
The flavor can do an interesting crescendo, and I don't know if the effect is cause by changing pH or changing temperature in the mouth.
