I do not understand what is so hard about this. DFG committed crimes (right in the open) and the DOJ has proof of said crimes. PROSECUTE as if it were me! It doesn't matter what job i may have held in the past. If I stole top secret documents... I would be under the jail right now.

The US legal system is distorted by the US insurance industry and a failure to separate criminal courts from civil courts so the backlog insurers use to wait out their customers impacts the whole judicial process.
This is compounded by the DOJ's commitment to policies that fall under what I think of as "quitters never lose" that leads to institutionalized timidity that is not conducive to swift justice.

Republicans are full steam ahead with their fascism and the rule of law will be a dictator if we delay effective civic action. Outreach the Latino base and gen z.
The Latino male voting block (even through Qanon Republicans and trump despise the Latino males) are in the USA for the American Dream. They view Republicans as the party of the successful workers and vote for Republicans.
The Latino male voting population has to be aware that trump and Russia Republicans want to turn the USA into a Mafia racist totalitarian regimes where there is no American Dream for them.

Cover fact by fact where trump is for turning the USA into a place worse than Latinos are fleeing (totalitarianism), with racist hate of Hispanics, and with an end to the American dream. That should have been done in 2022. Democrats would have kept the house.
The Latino male voter is probably going to vote economics in 2024. So things could get bumpy for Dems.
Emphasis on how Democrats are for workers achieving success. (Biden in next two years needs to push companies bringing jobs back from china) And how Republicans want haves - the corporations and have nots - the workers.
In the ad you can't critique latin American governments per say, you need to depict trump ruining the USA to something other than a republic and democracy.
Use the mother Jones tape that Bannon said trump in the second term would go crazy.
They will turn out to vote if Democrats go door to door and talk directly to Latino voters, in ways that make sense to them and that actually relate to their day-to-day lives.
Another way is to invest millions in Spanish-language TV, radio, digital and mail. No Republican candidate is out rallying in Spanish. The messaging has to be tailored and directed to different backgrounds bc they're not all the same: Central America, South America, Mexico and Cuba.
The "reasoning" of the duped and fooled trumper idiots is that the Democrats are the "deep state" and trump is trying to "end the deepstate". If the Democrats do not indict trump, it means to Trumpers that 'trump is a "victim" of the Democrats'. Since why wouldn't the deepstate take out "Patriot" trump if trump was a criminal. If the Dems do nothing, it means trump is their "messiah".
When the Dems don't indict, you need a new political party in 2026.
