@pmwatson companies rip people off everyday. Crypto is literally ripping people off. Shes going to jail because rich people lost money. I think this is an unjust result.
@pmwatson Also 3 years of supervised release. I haven't seen anywhere a mention of a fine though.
@regphunt based on other reports it sounds like for now there is a $400 fine with possible restitution that will be addressed at a later time 🤔

Honestly, I'm OK with how it turned out, some ppl wanted more, some less, but this is in the ballpark of what I was thinking should happen.
