Recipe:
1 medium onion finely diced
2-3 stalk of celery finely chopped

200g of bacon cut in cubes
3 Large Potatoes cut into large chunks
1 Tsp smoke paprika
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp onion powder
4 Tbsp Flour
200ml Cup Heavy Cream
650ml Veg stock
250g Gruyère Cheese
3 Tbsp finely chopped chives
