I did my first “official” review episode on The Board Game Community Show podcast. Tim, from Board Game Hot Takes, and I chatted about our thoughts on Paperback Adventures from Fowers Games. We may have gotten carried away in our convo, but hopefully it’s helpful and enjoyable!

Have you played it or have any interest in it?

@RileyStock I played a demo on TTS prior to the kickstarter, and I've played the app a little bit. I'm eagerly awaiting my shipping notification! Looking forward to hearing what you and Tim thought of it! 🙂
@MeepleandtheMoose Looking to see what you agree and if there’s anything you disagree with! As well as how it compares to what you’ve played before the full production.

@RileyStock Just finished listening today! Great episode! The version I played didn't have a lot of final art or narrative that you and Tim enjoyed so much, but it sounds like all the mechanics are still there. The rougelike deck building, creating combos of cards, items, and powers, which all felt great.

Listening to your episode has made me even more eager to get my copy! Still no delivery notification though 😔
