Do you believe tech/programming Twitter will eventually move here?
I'm not talking about engagement-seeking non-sense or meme content
I'm talking about serious information exchange about software development, including created resources such as blog posts or videos.
Many people create accounts, but I have yet to find an engaged discussion or people sharing their programming content.
Is it me? Can you help? #dotnet #development
@bernasconi surely it will, Mastodon is much better at it due to the lack of "smart" algos pushing crappy content. #dotnet tag on here is already miles ahead of what it was on twitter.
The real challenge will come when it reaches critical mass to attract spammers.

Unfortunately you can only follow a hashtag on a instance. If you open your instance hachyderm.io on the web and search for the hashtag you can start follow the hashtag.
This is only possible if your instance is already on version 4 of mastodon.
All posts with this hashtag will be in your timeline from then on.
