in Europe (the European Union 🇪🇺 + EFTA), the countries with earlier 🔥 phase-out dates include:
2025: 🇳🇴Norway
2030: 🇮🇸Iceland, 🇩🇰Denmark, 🇳🇱Netherlands,🇦🇹Austria,🇸🇮Slovenia and 🇬🇷Greece.
